Quick And Easy Vanilla Protein Pancakes
Simple, filling and packed with protein, these pancakes make for the perfect breakfast or a tasty snack!
Makes: 8 - 10
1 and 1/2 cups of oats
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 scoop of organic vanilla protein powder
1/2 a cup of milk
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
A squeeze of honey or maple syrup, to taste
1. Place the oats in a blender and blend until it resembles a flour
2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until the batter is smooth and lump free
3. On the stove, preheat a pan on a medium heat. Add a small amount of butter to lightly grease the pan
4. Pour the pancake mix into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side (depending on the size of your pancake)
Top with berries, butter and/or maple syrup and enjoy!
